The deluxe king room was brand-new, the bed was great. The hotel had an excellent location minutes away from Oriental Bay.

the location was gorgeous, a few steps away from waitangi park. the views of the marinawere glorious and the staff members were pretty friendly. plenty of food served in the café for breakfast, it was great.

The property was clean and quaint and the location was perfect and particularly good. Location: the hotel was very close to Picton and Oriental Parade and all the bars and restaurants of Te Aro and restaurants and waterfront precinct.

I loved the breakfast served at the café. The staff were very helpful as I expected.

Located in a popular area with a wonderful museum, fantastic restaurants, and everything close by yet still provides a little respite. The room was beautifully styled with underfloor heating, quality amenities, and robes and slippers. Although the service was good, self-check-in might be necessary due to the hotel's busy location.

There was outdated equipment in the room.

A very small cozy hotel near downtown. The rooms are large enough, modern and clean.

Whoever designed the rooms and furniture at this hotel has apparently never stayed at a hotel himself. There was one tiny closet for clothing storage, and no dresser/drawers at all. The bathroom also had virtually no storage or shelf space for our toiletries. The bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a curtain - no door. The bed frame extends outside the mattress - a hazard for injuring your knees if you get up out of bed in the dark. The phone is located in a niche over the bed's headboard which means you have to climb on the bed to use the phone.

location and ease of getting there room #2 was quiet

we stayed in room #2 bathroom needs a bigger shelf for toiletries and the lighting / switching hasnt been planned well the bed is hard to get out off lots of bruises.

I had a fantastic city break at this boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with unique features, such as a record player. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to nearby restaurants and venues. Another advantage was the friendly and accommodating staff who made my stay even better.

That my room was not serviced, and I had to request new towels during my stay. , there was a bit of a drainage issue in the sink/shower, which was a minor inconvenience.

The Hotel was such a cool and funcky place. So close to the city and the bay we walked everywhere and what a view!!

The room was large, and modern, with a lot of well hidden amenities. The look was futuristic!!

The hotel is located right across the street from the bay, offering a fantastic view and easy access to the waterfront. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, offering a warm welcome and helpful tips on nearby attractions and dining options. The rooms are well-appointed and attention to detail is evident, with a fantastic bathroom that includes a lovely bath in the middle of the room. Breakfast is included and served in the onsite restaurant.

All aspects of this hotel were up to par and exceeded expectations.

Great bed and bath/shower. Location was ideal and quality of food for breakfast was impressive especially the coffee.

Boutique hotel so design is out there. However some things didnt work like the open toilet design and the small vanity and lack of shelving.
